This place suits me perfectly! It has convenient amenities like wi-fi, a restaurant, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with luggage on my first stay, and they are always friendly. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

We had room which had three windows, coffee and 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO and was well-kept. The location of this nicely renovated hotel was stunning, to everything you would want to see or do in Seattle at the price point. The venue was spotless with especially helpful staff.

We arrived and they had upgraded our room due to availability. The lady at the desk was outstanding as far as a big smile, freindliness, and over all good customer service. The lady for checkout was just as good. The valets were very friendly and were very, very thankful for a small tip. The staff was so friendly I would almost feel bad if I stayed somewhere else on my next trip,
The room seemed a little less clean than I like. The bed was clean and that is the important part though.

Perfect for couples on a getaway
We got an upgrade to a big room, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. Plus, the staff brought us tea, totally unexpected.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the great service, it felt okay.

Downtown location was perfect. 5 blocks from Pike Place and surrounded by shopping and great restaurants
Jacuzzi in room did not meet my expectations. Suite was not as large as expected. Spend the money on a water view or regular room. Still great location downtown.

Would stay here again
The room was super cozy with bathrobes and high-quality free toiletries. Plus, it had air conditioning and a safety deposit box. I loved the conveniently stocked honor mini bar for snacks. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. Staff were helpful with recommendations. The spa facilities offered a nice touch. Just a heads up, resort fees apply.

A charming older hotel in an excellent location with a very pleasant, helpful staff. Rooms are small but well designed. Some noise from Union Square (probably better to ask for a room on the back side). Hotel is currently undergoing renovation but so far that has not bothered us.

The hotel was clean and very close to the space needle and Pikes market. The staff was very helpful in booking trips we wished to see and getting cabs for us. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was perfect. Fresh and clean beyond expectation. Comfortable bed, big tv, and breathtaking view from our corner room. I'm glad we paid less and got more compared to other downtown hotels.
The bathroom was a little small but in character for the age of the building.

I liked the location of the Roosevelt Hotel and everything it had to offer. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. It was very quiet and relaxing and staff were very friendly. The price was excellent and staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that our room was not ready at check-in. We actually had to wait several hours before it was ready. The staff were very apologetic about it.

The location and price of The Roosevelt mean that if I return to Seattle it would be my first option for accommodation. The hotel catered to all my requirements.
The only thing I didn't like about The Roosevelt is that there is no refrigerator in the room, which to me is a small thing, but which, had there been one, would've meant that I could keep a few drinks cold.

The coffee shop downstairs was a delight, while the room was uncomfortably small.
